CharmsWorld is a trading name of IKVENTURE STORE LTD. We operate the website ikventure.com. Thank you for shopping with ChramsWorld. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the same condition as when you received it

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ikventure.com or via our contact form at https://ikventure.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact us at contact@ikventure.com to request a return authorisation
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the item to our return address: 96A Tolworth Broadway, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 7JD, United Kingdom
  4. Send us the return tracking number so we can monitor the shipment

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Change of mind / not satisfied: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label or reimbursement will be arranged once your claim is confirmed.

In both cases, original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping in this case is at your own cost. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@ikventure.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Refunds for damaged items are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return.

CANCELLATIONS 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@ikventure.com  After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note:

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account
  • If 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@ikventure.com

LATE RETURNS

Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you are outside the return window and believe your case warrants an exception, please contact us and we will review it at our discretion.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

 

EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
